According to our friends at Roadmaster, you'd need to have a driveline disconnect installed on your Wrangler in order to pull it on a tow dolly such as the # RM-2050-1 you'd looked at. Jeep agrees with this, as the owner's manual states that vehicle should not be dolly towed.
The good news is that you can flat tow your Jeep Wrangler. You can set up your Jeep for flat towing for about the same cost as a new tow dolly. You'd need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter. I'll link you to a help article that lists some part suggestions.
