The answer to your question will depend on which installation kit you used to attach the hitch to the truck frame. Although the Air Lift # AL57398 installs on the inboard side of the frame member, the mounting bracket is installed using an existing hole in the truck frame. If this hole is blocked by your fifth wheel install bracket, you will not be able to install the air spring kit.
I checked out the Pullrite Website, and was unable to access the instructions for their install brackets.
The existing frame hole is located on the frame member, directly over the rear axle. You should be able to look under the vehicle and pretty easily see if the hole is blocked by the fifth wheel bracket.
