Question:
It seems that Everytime I stop and start with my 10000 lb construction trailer the hitch bangs forward and when I brake it bangs back. Id there a spring or something in receiver that I can replace to cussion this. It looks like the 20000 lb weld on receiver you sell.

If you are getting consistent banging when you are starting and stopping, it sounds like what you need is a new shock for your actuator.
If you have the Model 10 Titan Brake Actuator # T4749600 you referenced, the replacement shock you need is the Replacement Shock for Titan Model 6 and 10 Brake Actuators # T1242600.
I've added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
