Question:
A video of this install or a similar one using the fishwire would be super nice. Especially as there are several holes in the frame its not exactly clear which ones are used for what purpose.

In regards to installing the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31083 on a 2016 Ford F-150, I have attached for you below a super detailed photo that explains the fishwire technique. I don't have an install video on this truck but the photo should help. I recommend mocking the hitch up into position first so you can get a better idea of what holes you'll be using but this is also explained in the instructions which you can find below.
