As far as rear seat mattresses like the Pitman Outdoors Rear Seat Mattress # 341033, this is the only one that is a confirmed fit on your 2017 Honda Pilot. There are some mattresses like the AirBedz # 341030 that will fit in the rear cargo area with the seats folded down and is a bit bigger.
