Question:
Can I use this extender as I have a truck camper and need to get out past it. I would like to tow a car using this extender 4 down. It will be a small car less than 3200 lbs. Will this extender work?

The Reese Titan Hitch Extender part # RP45018 that you referenced can be used to flat tow a vehicle like you are wanting it to so this would work fine as long as you have a 2-1/2 inch hitch installed on your truck.
