Cover holes are 6 apart. Speaker is 4. Do you have that size?

I have a couple options to help you replace your speakers on your 2006 Godfrey SanPan. The Jensen Marine Speakers - Recessed Mount - 6" Diameter # MS5006WR is the closest match to your dimensions. The cover dimensions are 6" and the cut-out dimensions are 4-3/8". It will be a tight fit so you may need to enlarge the hole slightly. The cover is 6" wide and may not cover your factory holes. You would then need to seal them with your choice of sealant.
Your other option is to enlarge your speaker hole to 5" and use The Jensen Marine Speakers - Recessed Mount - 7" MS6007SR. This is a slightly larger speaker that would require you to add new mounting holes but it would cover your original mounting holes. I attached a video on the line of speakers below.
