What is the torque specs for the 3/8 carriage bolt that go over the leave springs?

Attached is the chart we received from Firestone regarding the torque specs for the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2445 on your Toyota Tundra. I also attached a video of this being installed on a Tundra to assist. This kit fits 2007-2020 Tundra models.
