Does this gear come with the set screw? Replacement Crown Gear for Lippert Components RV Slide-Out Mechanism Item # LC116658 if not what it the part number for the set screw?

The Replacement Crown Gear for Lippert Components RV Slide-Out Mechanism # LC116658 does not come with a set screw.

It is not available as a separate part that I could find but I did manage to find out it is a 3/8" - 16 x 3/8" set screw, which should be available locally at hardware stores.
