Since you have a set of Curt fifth wheel rails the correct bracket kit you need to fit them to your 2019 Ram 3500 is the part # CU96FR. This is the correct bracket kit for your truck and works with the Curt rails. We can't recommend mixing bracket and rail manufacturers which is why the Reese kit you mentioned can't be used.
