From the top of the bed rails to the top of the uprights of the Adarac Aluminum Ladder Rack # A4001665 measures 66 inches. Since this fits various trucks which will have varying cab heights I can't get you exactly how much taller than the cab it will be but you can measure 66 inches above your bed rails and you'll know where it will be.
