Jensen Mechless RV Stereo Speakers Won't Connect
Updated 06/26/2020 | Published 06/25/2020 >
Question:
Exterior speakers won’t turn on and play music or lights will not come on the speakers. I can connect to the Bluetooth jwm20 for ‘zone a’ but ‘zone b’on Jensen speaker won’t turn on. How can I check if speakers are not connected or if it is my Bluetooth connection?

Thank you for your purchase of the Jensen Mechless RV Stereo # JWM20. If you are sure you have successfully paired your Bluetooth to the unit, you will need to check the speaker wires behind the unit. This is pretty unlikely to be the issue so I would recommend attempting to continue trying the Bluetooth connection and pairing it.
