The highest roof rack weight capacity we have for a 2010 Toyota Prius is 140 lbs, the Inno Aero Crossbar System part # INXB123-130, part # INXS250, and part # INK865 is what I recommend. This could then be used with the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent part # Y07436 or part # Y07437 which only weighs around 100 lbs and 115 lbs respectively.
I am not aware of a roof racks for the 2010 Toyota Prius which can support 175 lbs, the roof simply won't be rated that high.
