If your hub measures 1.9375 inches like you referenced then # BB1938 in chrome or # BB1938SS in stainless steel will fit. These are often paired with the Spindle Grease Seal Set for 15123 Inner Bearing and 1.980T or 1.938 Bearing Buddy # BB60009 to give you a strong grease seal.
