I have a few roof rack options for a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport with bare roof but I recommend using the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar System part # TH711520, part # TH710501, part # TH145153 which is considered to be the best option on the market due to the remarkably quiet crossbar design.
In order to secure a kayak, I recommend the Thule Compass Kayak and SUP Carrier part # TH890000 since you can configure it to carry different types of boards/boats as well as multiple if needed.
