As long as you've got a 3" black water pipe and 1-1/2" grey water pipe, you'll be able to use the Bristol Double RV Waste Valve # 34466ND13BAR on your 1996 Fleetwood Montana Tioga. We don't have a database that tells us what will fit on which coach, but these are the most commonly used pipe sizes for these waste pipes so they're going to fit on most coaches. I do recommend measuring your existing pipes to confirm fitment.
In order to install this waste valve you will need ABS cement like the LaSalle Bristol ABS Solvent Cement - Black - 1/2 Pint # 3447530889.
