The height on the LaSalle Bristol Toilet Floor Flange # 3446336343 is 1-3/4" tall, and the thread length is 3/4".
For a solvent to keep everything glued together, I recommend the LaSalle Bristol ABS Solvent Cement # 3447530889.
This is black in color which should match your holding tank, and will do a great job in keeping everything secured.
