Can Redarc Tow Pro Elite Brake Controller Wire Easily in Place of Prodigy Brake Controller

Question:

I want to replace my older prodigy brake controller with the new tow-pro elite. My question can I use the pig tail from the prodigy if I cut off the end that plugs into the back of the prodigy for the tow-pro elite connection splice?

Yes, you can cut off the end of the install harness you have now for your Prodigy and wire it color for color to the harness of the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR and you'd be set!
