The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13383 is a confirmed fit for your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. I've attached a video of this installation and it will work very well with a hitch mounted bike rack.
From the center of the hitch pin hole on the receiver to the outer part of the bumper measures 5 inches, so you simply want a bike rack that will have a greater distance than that for compatibility. I recommend the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Black # S44FR.
