Question:
I have a Thule 957 Parkway, 4-Bike carrier and someone tried to take a couple of bikes unsuccessfully, fortunately but they did damage two of the four sets of the carrier cradles and straps. I also see that you sell something to keep the bikes from swinging in the cradles. In looking at your web site, I am clear that the cradles match my Thule bike carrier but my ripple straps are square holes to go into the fittings. Can you help me with what parts I should order.

The correct replacement cradle for a Thule Parkway bike rack is # 853-7887. To add an anti-sway cage to that you can use # 853-7758. The strap for the anti-sway part is # 852-3006-001.
With the replacement cradles you can also use strap # 852-3006-001.
