The Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 on your 2017 Toyota Prius will absolutely work with the Yakima GrandTour Premium Rooftop Cargo Box # YA84FR.
The GrandTour is compatible with those size aero crossbars, and your Prius will have the right crossbar spacing of between 24" and 38" for the box to fit. This is one of the best cargo boxes on the market because it is so simple to use while being able to carry a large amount of gear so you've made a really good choice here.
