It sounds like you're looking for a roof box to put on your 2021 Pacifica roof rack. I recommend the Yakima SkyBox 18 Rooftop Cargo Box # Y07336. This cargo carrier measures 92" long x 36" wide x 16" tall with 18 cu ft of carrying space. It also has dual-side opening which is really nice to have.
This will fit most factory crossbars but you can double check the measurements to be sure. The max crossbar dimensions are 3-1/2" x 1-11/16" and you need a 24" - 42" crossbar spread. There also must be at least 57" between the center of the front crossbar and the line where the roof and rear hatch meet to have rear hatch clearance.
