The Curt Spectrum brake controller part # C51170 that you referenced is a really great option for a brake controller for your 2020 Chevy Tahoe. All you'd need to install it is the install harness part # C51451 which plugs right into the port under the dash of your vehicle and then into the black connector of the controller.
For an easier to install option the Curt Echo part # C51180 would just plug into your 7-way and once synced to your smart phone is ready to tow without anything that mounts in the interior of your truck.
