Question:
What does it mean that I need a converter for my Scion XB 2005? And do you have a phone number for your potential customers? Trailer Wiring Trailer Wiring x Separate wiring system - brake and turn signals are sent along separate wires. A converter is required. T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector

Expert Reply:
So trailer wiring has the turn signals and the stoplights on the same circuit and the running lights on another. Some vehicles are wired like this too but some are also wired where the blinker is on a separate bulb from the brake lights. So the convert the separate style to a combined style a converter box is needed.
That's what comes with the trailer wiring harnesses that fit your 2005 Scion xB like the Curt part # C56030 which is a confirmed fit and the best option as it installs easily without splicing into your factory wiring.
