I have a 2018 Nissan frontier pro 4x crew cab with truxedo pro x15. I wanted to know if there is a rack system that would work when my cover is on. Thanks

According to the nice folks at Truxedo, their Pro X15 tonneau cover only overlaps onto the top of the bed side by about 1/2 inch. This isn't enough to interfere with a stake pocket mounted ladder rack.
We offer one model ladder rack that mount to the top of the bed sides that won't interfere with your tonneau cover. The Thule TracRac SR offers a 1250 lb weight capacity that would work great for you. The rack features sliding uprights that offer lots of loading flexibility for all types of cargo. For a 5 foot bed, use part # TH43001XT-603 or # TH43001XT-600 for a 6 foot bed.
