Disconnecting Power from Ever Chill WD-282FWDC Refrigerator To Charge Batteries

Question:

How do I turn this refrigerator off? When I’m charging the batteries i don’t want the refrigerator running.

The Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10 Cu Ft - 12V - Stainless Steel # 324-000119 has the different level adjusters for the refrigerator and freezer. You can set them to the lowest setting so there is the least possible draw, but if you want no draw at all you will want to remove the corresponding fuse at your power panel.

If you don't have the fuse labeled, you can turn up the refrigerator and freezer to the coldest settings to make sure the compressor is running and make sure you can isolate that sound so you can determine when power disconnects as you pull fuses one at a time.
