will this bracket work on a 2020 gmc 2500hd with standard box,6.5and will my reese top rails work with it?

In regards to fifth wheel install kits, you cannot mix brands meaning you can't use Reese rails with Curt brackets or vice versa. Since there are not currently any Reese brackets which fit a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 you'll need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC Truck part # C16429-204. The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit will work with Reese and Curt fifth wheels hitch like the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16521 which is what I recommend.
