Direct Replacement for Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent Model 2119

Question:
have/had a Ventline V2119. now I have a hoe in the roof with a working fan, but the cover and power opener is missing. is the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Powered Lift - 14-1/4inch x 14-1/4inch - Smoke Item # V2119-603-00 a direct replacement? Is it better than the V2119? Which should I get. looking for an exact mountng hole alignment so I do not have to drill new holes.

The roof vents all fit a standard 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening so the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent (Model 2119) part # V2119-603-00 will be a direct replacement.
