The CycleOps Phantom 1.5 Upgrade Kit # CY7284 does have the ability to display power. I confirmed this with my contact at CycleOps.
He also stated that if you have a Phantom 3 or Phantom 5 you can pair the rear hub power meter to the computer and it will display watts along with heart rate, speed, and cadence.
