If your 2018 Toyota Tundra does not have a roof rack installed on it currently with crossbars that run right to left you would need to install one so that the Thule basket # TH859XT-8591XT has something to attach to.
With a rack installed like the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA150S-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK079 which is a confirmed fit for your truck you'd be able to install the Rola basket.
