Question:
Hello! Looking for a trailer hitch for my BMW 2013 X5 Sport Activity. Dont want to have to cut the back fender to fit the trailer hitch, any product that would fit? And I install myself? Thanks,

From what you described you're either looking for the EcoHitch # EH44FR which doesn't require fascia trimming but it does replace the OEM impact structure behind the bumper, or the Draw-Tite # 75600 which is the only hitch that lets you reinstall the impact structure, but it does require fascia trimming.
I personally like the EcoHitch option here better because you don't have to modify anything. With all of the hitches available for your 2013 BMW X5 the impact structure needs to be removed for the install so with the EcoHitch (and most of the other hitches) you simply won't install it back over the hitch.
All of the installs for hitches on your BMW X5 are rated a 10 out of 10 for difficulty but that's just because it's a bit involved. If you have done installs before or are comfortable working on your vehicle then I have no doubts that you will be able to install it yourself. Just be prepared for it to take somewhere around the 2 hour mark. It's also important to note that with the Draw-Tite you'll have to visit your local BMW dealer to get replacement rivets that are compatible.
Attached is an install video for the Draw-Tite that we were able to shoot. The install for the EcoHitch will be somewhat similar aside from cutting the fascia and reinstalling the impact structure.
