will all terrain package make it a no go ???

The Curt # C31074 front mount hitch is a fit for all models of the 2018 GMC Canyon. It's the Colorado that has the fit exclusion for the ZR2 Off-Road package but there are no fit exclusions for the Canyon, as confirmed by Curt Manufacturing.
