Will the Curt Part number C56000 work on a 2016 Ram 2500 with the factory 7 way 4 way combo plug in the bumper?

Yes the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole part # C56000 will work out great with your factory plug. It is designed to plug in behind the bumper in line with your factory harness so you will still have full function on your existing plug.
