Hi Kyle, thank you for the answers, there are very useful to choose the proper parts. I do have follow-on question....will the 7 pin to 6 pin wiring kit bring power from the RV to the car battery to charge it while towing? If not, is there anything I need? I thank you very much....much appreciated.

Yes you can use your Blue Ox Aventa LX tow bar BX7445 to flat tow your 2019 Mini Cooper S Convertible. I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1312, however - so long as your Mini does NOT have the R57 LCI with 1.6 engine - you can use the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521882-4.
The adapter you need to use your tow bar with this kit is the RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter # RM-033.
The wiring kit you need for your 2019 Mini Cooper S Convertible is the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267.
To bring power to your Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System # BLU37TR you will simply need the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332.
