Firestone makes an air bag kit part # F2550 that fits your 2003 Ford F-250 and is compatible with the universal Reese fifth wheel rail kit part # RP30035 and hitch # RP30047 but the Air Lift kit you mentioned does not fit with an in-bed hitch. The Firestone bags are made of a higher ply rating and overall are higher quality so they are the way to go.
