I have the Kuat Transfer 3 with an adapter to a 2inch hitch receiver. Does the #HL2 locking hitch pin replace the anti-rattle threaded hitch pin that came with the rack? If so, does the locking hitch pin rattle more than the original anti-rattle hitch pin?

We have a lock setup for the Kuat Transfer 3 bike rack with the part # PTSCLK13 but the # HL2 does not fit your rack. This part number comes with a lock for the hitch pin and also comes with cable locks to lock the bikes to the rack as well.
