Question:
Is the small hole on top for bleeding air out. My neighbor used the lockout arm, that can’t be correct

To bleed the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Drop part # T4750600 using the lockout arm isn't the way to go. What I prefer to do is use a larger 5 foot piece of 2x4 you will place this up against the ball coupler and loop the safety chains around the board at he very bottom. At that point you will just push on the top of the board and it will compress the actuator.
When bleeding the system you want to start at the brake assembly with the longest brake line and work to the shortest.
