Will the Fuirrion Chill 1550 replace my ducted Quick cool AC? 2004 GulfStream

Your Quick Cool AC unit was made by Dometic so to replace it with a Furrion you'd want to go with the Furrion Chill # FR42PV which is for ducted applications and can be used to replace Dometic units. You will need a new thermostat with the part # FR33PR and you'd be set.

The Furrion AC unit could certainly be installed by yourself if your mechanically inclined. If you don't have any experience though it might be best to have a certified technician handle the wiring, etc.
