I have a solution for you but the Curt Hitch part # 14250 that you looked at has bees custom designed for the small Sprinter chassis. Instead you want to use the DrawTite Multi-Fit Motor Home Trailer Hitch part # 82201 this is designed to fit frame widths between 47" and 71" which will match up to your frame perfectly. There are no custom fit options available for your 2003 Newmar Kountry Starr available. This hitch will connect to the frame using the supplied hardware or by having it welded directly to the frame of your rig.
Should you need wiring for a small trailer use the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit part # C59496 to have a 4-way trailer connector available for use.
