Question:
is it just a replacement for an existing ac unit or can I use it as a second unit in my RV and replace a roof dome window ? and what do I need mounting hardware - wise ? does it come with a remote control or how do I control it ?

The most powerful and quietest Ac unit is the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup - 15,000 Btu - White # FR42PV. The unit with the box versus ducts says it has an indoor 60 db level, and a ducted unit using the same motor and compressor should be just slightly under that.
