Hi, I am looking for Chrysler Pacifica 2018 Hybrid, 1 a 4 bikes rack and 2 hitch. What would you recommend? Do you work during the Covid-19? Thanks

Yes Karine, we are still here to help! For the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13383 because it is a 2" hitch that fits the Hybrid model and has a more durable powder coat finish compared to some of the other options. Using a 2" hitch opens up more bike rack and accessory options compared to a 1-1/4" hitch. I also find the photos in the Curt installation instructions to be easier to follow.

For the 4 bike rack the best option is a platform rack with 4 bikes because they are much easier to load compared to a hanging rack. I recommend Hollywood Racks Destination 4 Bike Platform Rack part # HR4000 because it weighs half of what the standard 4-bike platform rack weighs so it will be easier to take the rack in and out of the hitch as well. The Hollywood Destination is the best value bike rack that uses wheel cradles that hold the bikes steadier on the rack compared to the wheel hoops in my experience. It does have a 35 lb per bike weight capacity so please let me know if your bikes are heavier and I can make another recommendation. This rack comes with the hitch lock but not the cable lock. For the cable lock, I recommend # 8419DPF.
