Question:
Would Curt Class III hitch C13277 installation on my 2019 Audi Q7 affect the hands free lift gate? What is the best option for a trailer hitch on 2019 Audi Q7? I only need to use it for bike racks.

It's possible that with the Curt hitch part # C13277 installed on your 2019 Audi Q7 you'd have limited access to the hands free liftgate function of your vehicle. You'd be limited to kicking to either side of the hitch opening. Now the best option for your vehicle is the Stealth hitch part # 391AUDQ716 that you referenced as the lower hitch opening removes when not in use so your hands free liftgate wouldn't be affected at all.
