We do have a potential option for you, but the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 is mostly for travel trailers and requires a very specific mounting hole spacing on the frame of 68-11/16" from center-hole to center-hole. We don't have any way of knowing if your 1999 Fleetwood Tioga has that spacing but it is highly unlikely.
An option with a much better chance of working is the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer. These can be used on motorhomes and the correct one will depend on the lift you need as well as your frame width:
- 22" Lift and 42" to 77" Wide Frame: Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer # UF39-941707
- 30" Lift and 48" to 80" Wide Frame: Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer # UF39-941705
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
