The Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin and Clip # e98911 has M16 x 2 threads so they won't fit with a Thule bike rack unfortunately. From the research I've done in the past Thule has an anti-rattle hitch pin that doesn't match any other bike rack either so it would be difficult to find one that will work with it. I've also checked with Thule in the past and they have said that if any adapter is used in a 2-1/2" hitch receiver aside from one that they make (which they don't have one) then it would void the warranty on the bike rack.

Hollywood Racks does have a solution for using a bike rack with a 2-1/2" hitch though so if you're interested in that I'd be more than happy to help you pick one out.

Glad to hear it! Hollywood Racks came out with the 2-1/2" to 2" Reducer Sleeve # HRHA-2 which allows you to safely carry any of their bike racks that have a solid 2" shank. The way that this is designed also gives you the ability to use the anti-rattle hitch bolt as well. One of the most popular bike racks that Hollywood Racks sells is the Sport Rider SE #HLY74FR which is a little more basic in look and design than most of the Thule bike racks, but it includes the the common features among platform racks like tilting, folding, and bike/rack locks. This uses hooks that go over the bike frames as well as straps over the wheels to secure the bikes in place. Hollywood Racks also has a wheel mount rack that doesn't make contact with your bike frame in the event that you have a bike with a more sensitive frame. The TRS comes in the standard version # HR3500 as well as the E-Bike version # HR3500E which is basically just more heavy-duty. The TRS uses hooks for the tires and then straps for the wheels to secure the bikes plus it also includes the basic tilting/folding and bike/rack locks as well.
