Question:
Hello Want to switch out my hand winch for an electric set up. My trailer is an EZ Loader. The tongue is 3 inch square. The boat is a 21 foot freighter canoe weighing less than 1000lbs with gear. I can provide photos if needed. Suggestions ????

The Dutton Lainson Strongarm winch part # DL25500 would be an excellent option for a powered winch for your 1,000 lb canoe. It has a 1,500 lb capacity and is smaller to fit in tight areas and would easily fit the same mount you have for a winch.
