I have a full Yakima rack but got a new car. I dont see that I can purchase just the baseclips for my towers. I am looking at 117 and 176 for the new car. Please advise.

For your 2018 Toyota C-HR (with no existing rails or crossbars), the complete Yakima Roof Rack System is composed of the following parts:
Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2 # Y00425
BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # Y28TR
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06117
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06176
So, for just the 117 and 176 BaseClip Fit Kits, use part numbers # Y06117, and # Y06176. As long as the towers you already have are the # Y00146, that should be all you need to get your crossbars mounted!
