We do not carry repair sleeves unfortunately. If the damage is severe you may consider replacing the spindle with a new one. I have attached a link of the spindles that we carry. If you follow the chart at the top of the page it easy to figure out the replacement. You will need a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 to measure the spindle. I have attached that diagram to this answer as well. I highly recommend to consider replacing it because a damaged spindle can eventually lead to bearing and seal failure. Please keep in mind a spindle needs to be installed by a qualified welder because they need welded on perfectly straight to avoid tracking issues and uneven tire wear in the future.
