Please suggest a hitch and rack for my 2 step-through Specialized Vado 4.0 eBikes weight 51 pounds each to go on my 2019 Volvo XC40. Thank you very much.

For your 2019 Volvo XC40 we have the Stealth hitch part # SH77FR as a fit that I recommend. This is hidden when not in use and will have enough towing capacity as well.
The best e-bike rack solution is the Thule Easy Fold XT part # TH903202 as it's has the needed weight capacity, has a frame clamp design that's very stable and easy to use, folds up for easy storage, and has a ramp for easy loading and unloading.
