Is there a fit kit or way to attached Thule 480R feet to a RetraxOne XR rail system? Thanks!

I have a solution for you, but your Thule Rapid Traverse Towers # TH480R are not compatible with the RetraxONE XR rails # RTT-60852. Instead, you would need to use the Thule Rapid Podium # TH460R and fit kit #THKIT3101 in order to mount a Thule roof rack on your 2020 Toyota Tacoma's RetraxONE XR rails.
If you also need crossbars, I recommend using the Thule WingBar Evo # TH711400 which will provide you with an aerodynamic bar that will reduce noise and allow you to mount clamp on or T-channel accessories on the bars.
