How do I check for the offset on these wheels to make sure they will fit my trailer?

The great thing about trailer wheels is they basically all have a zero offset or very close to a zero offset. The aluminum trailer wheel part # LHJM513 that you referenced is no exception to this as it also has a zero offset. The backspacing then is 4 inches which is what you'd measure from your hub face to your trailer frame to determine if there's clearance or not.
